  • If a property is converted from commercial real estate to residential use for the purpose of applying for a residence permit.
  • If the property is located in buildings of historical and cultural significance, full renovation and restoration of the property is a mandatory condition for the first renewal of the “Golden Visa” in 5 years.

  • Purchase of real estate in major regions of the country, for example, in Halkidiki and the Peloponnese.
  • Property must have a minimum area of 120 square meters.

Real Estate Purchase of €800,000

Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, and islands with population over 3,100

  • Purchase of real estate in Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete, Rhodes, Mykonos, Santorini, and other Greek islands with populations over 3,100 residents.
  • Property must have a minimum area of 120 square meters.
